I have been a full time Realtor, living in Carlsbad, since 1986 and have worked primarily in North County San Diego.
The bulk of my business is based on referrals from satisfied past clients and friends, and I pride myself on my thoroughness,
professionalism and my sense of humor to make every transaction enjoyable.

I take a big part in helping my Sellers stage their home to result in professional photographs that will make the best impression on "the world stage" of the internet. I will give an honest opinion of strategic pricing using comparative market analysis and market statistics. I take the time to interview each perspective buyers' agent and lender when receiving offers, to qualify them, as best I can, before an offer is accepted and escrow is opened.
I make it my goal, with Buyers, to guide them through the buying process with patience and humor. I want each sale to be the start of building happy memories in their new home and to continue to provide any Real Estate help needed in the future.
Communication is a key factor in keeping every client well informed and comfortable with every decision they make. I have a network of facilitating team members from Lenders, Inspectors and Escrow and Title officers to help make this process an easy and successful one.
